Mr. Jasjeet Bindra is a visionary leader who is known for his hands-on leadership style. An Insurance veteran who started his career in 1987 with the National Insurance company in India, he has a proven track record of navigating the complex insurance market and leading business expansion.

He is a highly qualified Insurance Professional with all-around experience in Insurance Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing. Before taking on leadership responsibilities at Seguro, he worked in Senior Management Positions for Oriental Insurance Company, Howden Insurance Brokers, and Dubai Insurance Company in UAE since 1999.

He is passionate about building high-performing teams that excel in a collaborative environment. As a results-driven executive, Mr. Bindra is known for transforming organizations and has become the guiding force behind the entire team at Seguro.

Mr. Jeslal Mathew is an effective strategist who sets clear goals, leads teams to achieve them, and stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. He joined Seguro in the year 2017 and he is currently managing all our operations.

With 15+ years of working experience in Insurance Broking in Medical Insurance, Mr. Mathew has been associated with designing medical products and providing training with end-to-end medical solutions for individuals & corporate organization.

Passionate about customer-centric approaches and delivering top-notch service, he also has sound knowledge of medical underwriting and claims processing. He brings to the table excellent marketing and after-sales skills that he has garnered through exposure to both SME and corporate clients over more than a decade.
